  • -Students are requested to submit proof of enrollment or student ID/certificate to verify their status to the Secretariat by email (info@ica2022korea.org).
  • -The registration fees above include all congress activities: technical sessions, social events and lunch.
  • -One paper is included in the registration fee. Any additional paper requires an additional fee of US$150.
  • -Exception: the accompanying person fee includes only social events.

Payment Method

1. Online Credit Card

  • -Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
  • -The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
  • -All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • -The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate

2. Wire Transfer

  • -Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
  • -A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (info@ica2022korea.org)
  • -Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

  • -An official receipt will be issued upon completion of registration and payment.
  • -Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
  • -If there is a problem with receipt, please contact the Secretariat (info@ica2022korea.org) then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • -Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (info@ica2022korea.org).
  • -All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
  • -Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.
  • -Cancellation by June 30, 2022: 100% refund minus 25% administration fee.
  • -Cancellation from July 1 to September 30, 2022: 50% refund
  • -Cancellation from October 1, 2022: No refund
