[ICA 2022] Check your final presentation type and schedule
Presentation
guidelines and final presentation type were sent to registered authors by email and can be confirmed on My
Page after login.
ICA 2022
will be held in a hybrid format (In-person basis and Virtual participation are
possible), and all the following detailed information is for both virtual
participants and presenters:

- Oral presentations presenters will be
asked to submit their pre-recorded video files (For VOD) for all accepted
full papers before the congress by October 6. (It
can also be replaced with an on-site recording video. Therefore, if you have
not submitted a video file, please understand that the on-site recording will
be required. Participants will not be able to download the videos, nor will
they be used for any purpose other than reading during the congress.)
-The pre-recorded video files (For VOD)
will be provided on the virtual platform during the congress. The Q&A for
each presentation in the virtual VOD format will be collected through the
virtual platform.
-The
virtual congress with recorded in-person presentations and uploaded videos
with Q&A will be available for viewing as VOD for 1 week after the
congress.
